Major Spam/Fraud Alert

The Pay Pal fraud people have either found company or a new trick. There is an e-mail making the rounds to people who have accounts on E-bay that purports to be from them, claiming that there is a problem with their credit card. There is a handy link to click to go in and re-enter the information.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I got it yesterday, checked headers and code, and promptly sent it to E-bay Security, who have confirmed that it is not from them. This is an attempt to get your credit card info, so don't be stupid.

Any time you get an e-mail like this, check with the site in question either through their secure server or by phone. Never, ever, ever give out your information unless you are sure you are giving it to the right people.
