About the shoulder. No, things are not good and I have been consulting with a number of people far and wide (Hi Doc!). Right now, even wearing my trench coat can cause pain and problems, much less trying to do things like wear a backpack, shoot, or even reach for pans on the top of the cabinets. The only thing the percocet does is make me feel bad the next day, so much so that I would change the name of the blog to Gut Rumbles if it were not already taken. Brandy, Single Malt, and Wine work much better and are far more enjoyable, but not great for me to do. So, I am going to be going back to my GP to get a referral to an Ortho, so that an MRI can be done and a new treatment option(s) identified. Sadly, surgery may be necessary. All of this is going to have to wait, however, because of my general financial situation and some problems with a COBRA transition. I hope that in a few weeks time that I can get the referral and start getting this put to rights. Thanks to all for the inquiries and good wishes. They, and you, are appreciated.
