April 19, 2004Good News To Start The WeekMy friend Waldo let me know that Farscape will be making at least a limited return to television. Pity that it is not more, yet my hope is that the response will be such that Henson can find someone to pick it up and run with it, on television or on the big screen. LW Comments I put off watchig the final episode for 8 months. It sat on my TiVo, because I could not bring myself to watch it. When I finally watched it, I was satisfied at that moment when they pulled up with the camera, the two of them in the rowboat...I could have been happy with the series ending like that. And then the last 30 seconds happened. YEEEAAARRRRRRGH! I'm glad they'll at least wrap up the story for me. Posted by: JimK at April 19, 2004 03:09 AMI put off watchig the final episode for 8 months. Posted by: JimK at April 19, 2004 03:10 AMHey, and apparently Firefly has been formally budgeted for a full-length movie, under the title "Serenity." So maybe things are looking up a bit for the near future (for filmed SF, anyway). Now if only Strazynski could get some funding to continue "Crusade"...
