My plan is a little more simple. I have guns, ammo and armor, and I plan to loot. There are plenty of places that have what I need, and I'll be in a position to get it. If not, there are plently of people who put everything in the kit except thier own gun, and I figure that anyone that stupid or suicidal (or both) deserves to have thier kit taken from them.

And what are you going to do when the citizens band together to repel the looters.

The shopkeepers did it in LA when the big riots came. The incident that comes to mind were a few Koreans who got up on their roofs with guns. There's were the few stores that weren't burnt down.

Homeowners in FL do it after large hurricanes. I've seen pictures of signs "looters will be shot" with locals standing guard, intent on making that a promise and not a threat.

[sarcasm]Nice to know that I'll have a use for my own weapons.[/sarcasm]

I plan to crucify any and all folks I shoot for looting with a nice big "Looter" sign posted in front of their decaying corpse. Said corpses will be placed where folks approaching the friendly little town I live in will know what they can expect.
