Are You A Reasonable Person, Or Unreasonable ?

George Bernard Shaw said “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

So, which are you: reasonable, or unreasonable?

George B. Shaw also said, "I learned long ago, never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it." However, I suppose that cannibalism is reasonable to cannibals, addiction to meth is reasonable to meth cookers, and world domination is reasonable to meglomaniacs and Dick Cheney.

I am a progressive because I think there is still progress to be made in undoing the unprecedented political damage of the 20th Century through the force of new ideas. I am a progressive because I am for equality, not the 'some are more equal than others' variety, but the real thing. I am a progressive because it's good for business. I am a progressive because it is good for my family. I am a progressive because it annoys the 1st amendment fetishists and makes them polish their carbines and hand rub their hollow points.

It is the second amendment fetishists who'd be polishing their carbines. The first amendment fetishists are busy complaining they don't control enough of the media and are upset by others' applications of same.
