British Hostages Free?

The reports this morning indicate that Iran has turned over the Royal Marines and Sailors it has held for the last few days. This process has not gone smoothly or well, and the Mad Mullahs have also said that even though they think the transgression was accidental, that they are keeping all boats, weapons, etc. Gee, sounds like piracy to me. Sounds like those boats might should have an accident, along with any pirates in their vicinity.

Private info coming out of Iran suggests the whole purpose of that little "exercise" on the part of the mullahs was to prevent the installation of detection devices in the waterway so they can sneak terrorists in to destroy the oil-shipping capabilities of Iraq. That was the "equipment" they were really referring to in the first couple of statements. Then they realised they'd made a slip, but it was too late. They don't even know how to do espionage very well.

Interesting. All the more reason to start blowing "pirates" out of the water there. Thanks!

I was trying to find the site, but apparently Iran is reporting that they traded the British prisoners for 40 Iranian prisoners being held in Uzbekistan. Supposedly the "suicide" recruits.

hmmmm...anybody believe that?
