Edict Of Catwah?
There is a feral cat here that some neighbors have been helping out a bit, that I call Spooky. It has taken a while, but she has gotten used to me to the point she now expects me to fulfill my duties as Opener Of The Way and more. Trying to explain that I can’t open the door to the neighbor’s apartment, and that I am not going to let her into mine, is falling on deaf ears. I think that I may find myself under edict of Catwah if the neighbor’s don’t get up soon…
