Operation Give/Atlas Update

Well, since I am here local, I followed-up on yesterday's post and called Atlas. I think they are less than happy with the calls and attention. The lady who answered demanded I hold, and then the lady who then came on was very aggressive and even beligerent. According to her, this is all Operation Give's fault and I was asked if I supported a group that was more interested in giving to those who did not want their gifts and was perfectly willing to hurt people here. Not an exact quote, but pretty darned close. When I challenged her on this, she denied that she was trying to blame Operation Give for the problems, but she also suggested strongly that I investigate what they were posting and saying. While I gave my name, and we had to play some games because she demanded to know my position with Operation Give (and I reiterated several times I had none), she never gave hers. I am far less than impressed with them, and the behavior they showed says it all.

Oh, yes. When I thanked the anonymous lady for giving me my next column, she hung up on me.

Thanks for your help. It is really a shame that they have to resort to bad mouthing us. All we want is our money back or to have it sent to Kuwait where it was supposed to go.
We all appreciate your.

Give 'em hell. They deserve it.

I had the same experience when I called yesterday. I was quite polite too, only asking "what the story was regarding the situaion with Chief Wiggles" The lady went off on a rant about how "we did everything we were supposed to". Her voice went up until she was literally shouting into the phone at me. After she was done she just gave me a pro forma "good by have a nice day" and just hung up.

At the very least they've got no idea how to handle these matters, and I'm being polite. They deserve whatever they get.

Today the Chief reports that their check bounced. No surprise there.

Sounds like they are over-extended at the least and bankruptcy is a very real possibility. And judging from what I read on Chief Wiggle's site, either they should never have been doing international shipping in the first place or they are actively engaging in fraud.
The sent a COMPANY CHECK to a foreign country? Even I know better than that and I'm not a shipper. Sheesh.

Hm. Let the 3rd Army and 4th Army HQ know in Atlanta and they will see to it that they never get another military contract. Once the Chief is done with this NONSENSE he can forward the docs to the local JAG offices on Forts Gillem and MacPherson.
The military takes a dim view of people trying to mess with one of their soldier's efforts.

They will be blacklisted as a contractor. THAT will get their attention.

Hello,

I am the "Clint" refered to by Brian Blish and Alicia Ludwig. I am a former employee (VP of Int'l Ops) and had been with the company for 5 years. Most of what has been said is outright lies, I left the company because of the way Mrs. Ludwig was treating loyal customers and employees. I have spoken with the local news (Channel 46) and given an interview straightening out the obvious untruths being told. I actually fired Brian Blish, before leaving the company, due to his complicity in this pure robbery of a Charity.
Chris Ludwig is in hiding in Europe, and I do know where. Please feel free to contact me and I will truthfully answer any and all questions regarding this matter.

Best regards,
Clint Foster Sr.
