Did Karl Rove Handpick These People?

Just caught a brief bit on the news with a senior Kerry communications person. She accused Dole of factual inaccuracies, and made it a blanket statement so that any refuation is impossible. She then went on to extend it out to the SBVfT ads, and then said that the Kerry campaign had no need to waste their time refuting specific charges made because they were all refuted by official Navy documents. All blanket, all the time. It is also killing them, which is why I really think Karl Rove hand picked these people. Amazing.
