September 20, 2004Like A Bad CheckI have returned. I spent most of the last week near Vienna, and had a wonderful time. It was a business trip, but extremely nice all the same. Among other things, I was literally given keys to the facility and 24-hour access to the research library among other places. Posting may be light today as I was up 23 hours yesterday with travel and had to get up early this morning to deal with various letters and communications that needed to be sent or answered. If any of you have e-mailed me in the last week and a half, please be patient. I did not have net capability for most of that time, and must confess I did not miss it all that much (nor television, to be honest), not nearly as much as I miss all the good coffee this morning. More soon. LW Posted by wolf1 at September 20, 2004 02:29 PM | TrackBackComments Good coffee in Vienna? Ha! I beg to scoff and differ! Have you ever had coffee in the Meditteranean? Posted by: michele at September 21, 2004 04:37 AMIt has been a while, but Italy tends to do really good coffee too. :) Just wait a bit...
