September 26, 2004Alternatives To PayPalFor a number of reasons, I am looking into alternatives to PayPal. Not the least of these is that I disagree with the new "fine" policy and what lies behind it. I think a good dose of competition will be good for the market, and me. That said, however, I need something that BlogAds, GoogleAds, CafePress, and others will not have too much heartburn with. I've come across a number of alternatives, but would love to hear from people who have actually used them. Anything? LW Posted by wolf1 at September 26, 2004 02:17 PM | TrackBackComments I don't know of any real alternatives. E-gold is probably the closest but not that many people take it. Posted by: Kathy K at September 26, 2004 03:54 PMSuzy, try reading the entire post before you comment, like the part where he talks about "BlogAds, GoogleAds, CafePress, and others", none of which involves begging and all of which exploit his being "talented and multifaceted". Thank you, drive through. Posted by: Phelps at September 26, 2004 04:54 PMTroll comments removed. Posted by: Laughing Wolf at September 26, 2004 05:11 PMDarn, I missed the troll. From Phelps' reply, it would have been one I'd have enjoyed jumping all over. ;) I'm monitoring this post, btw, because I'd also like an alternative. I just don't know of one. Posted by: Kathy K at September 26, 2004 11:55 PMI've used something called World Pay a couple of times during internet pruchases but I don't know much about it. Posted by: snow09queen at September 27, 2004 02:19 PMI missed the troll too! Darn! Glad you posted you removed it, I was kind of puzzled. :) Posted by: Boudicca at September 27, 2004 06:28 PMComments are Closed. |
