Boudicca has some good food for thought in this post to which I can only say “amen.” I plan to teach the same thing to my godsons and others like them, and note that I tend to avoid those of almost any age who do this. Go read and think a bit.

The article was very scary. Young women having lipo and tummy tucks... it's not as if they've had kids and been overstretched. Doctors said a year later these girls were coming back in the same predicament as they hadn't changed their diets. Sad. Very Sad. A generation of Instant Gratification...
