Ouch

The closing went well on Friday, and Friday afternoon and evening found me doing prep work to start priming for some serious painting. The house is very nice, but the owner before the person from whom I bought the lair had a thing for shades of avacado and dark green, and dark browns. It has taken three or four coats of primer to get the living room and dining room ready to paint, and I am going to check this afternoon to see if the solarium needs yet another coat. In addition to all that, I also got the first coat of paint up on the living room ceiling. Good news is that under the carpet in a couple of rooms are wood floors, mostly hardwood. As soon as painting is done, floor refinishing is the order of the day. The ouch comes from the way I feel, which is decidedly sore.

I wonder if insurance covers an emergency massage...
