Lair Update: Master Bedroom

This will be it for a while, and as always the furniture in the before pictures is not mine. Today, the master bedroom:

Again, darker coloured walls and some rather hideous carpet. The seller inherited the carpet when they bought the house, not sure about the walls. Dark, not particularly warm either.

The original pine floors were under the carpet and I went with the same colour as in the living room. Again with multiple coats of primer, and have gotten the ceiling as well. This also includes the large walk-in closet for the room. Trim will be in gloss white, and will probably use a gold oak finish on the floor and poly instead of wax. Depends on how things look after I get the finish down. I had thought of going with natural, but am not sure how good that would look with the pine in question.

Things may be sporadic for a few days, but back soon.
