I Oppose The Miers Nomination

Per the request of N.Z Bear, I hereby state for the record that I oppose the Miers nomination. It is not the lack of Ivy League degree (overrated IMO), or lack of experience as a judge (that might actually be a good thing), but rather an apparent lack of knowledge of the Constitution, what I think may be an inability to separate her beliefs from the facts of the matter, and a strong and dismal inability to present her thoughts in a clear and intelligible manner.
