Natural peanut butter is a great snack (must be the kind where the oil separates though; none of that peanut-flavored-spread that pretends to be peanut butter). It’s not low fat, but it’s the kind of fat that helps your blood pressure and cholesterol. I like mine with apples, bananas or celery.
