My friend “T” (see here, here, and here) starts two days of heart procedures this morning. Today is a balloon to prepare him for the insertion of a heart-assist pump tomorrow, which will let them evaluate things to see if he will be a candidate for a heart transplant. Today has some of us a bit on edge, as we recall that the last time they did a balloon things didn’t go to well, so any thoughts, prayers, and well-wishes for him and his family would be appreciated.
